Rocío worked at Serviu O’Higgins in 2012, a public institution under the Chilean Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. At the time, I was her direct supervisor in the Communications and Marketing department. Rocío was a key contributor to the post-earthquake communication and reconstruction efforts, as spreading information about the progress of the reconstruction was a highly relevant task, which she carried out successfully and collaboratively.Her main achievements included designing newsletter formats for diverse audiences, managing the institutional website, and creating marketing materials to help families apply for housing subsidies. She also supported the coordination of subsidy distribution events in the region.Rocío consistently demonstrated great commitment, creativity, and responsibility in every task.
Rocio has worked as content specialist and category marketing assistant for Oriflame Cosmetics, and as her manager, I can attest to her ambition as well as her eagerness to learn and improve. As her former Manager at Oriflame, I have known Rocío for 5 years, both professionally and personally. Rocío worked in my team as a Designer and Art Director in the in-house Creative Studio at Oriflame. She is creative yet equally organized with great analytical skills.
